Build&Fund provides business funding and financial services, including but not limited to business lines of credit, equipment financing, and business loans. Clients must meet specific eligibility requirements to qualify for services. Build&Fund is NOT a direct lender.

4. Refund Policy

Invoices are issued after clients are approved and receive funding. Should a bank or lender cancel or retract the approved line of credit for reasons beyond the client's control, Build&Fund will refund the pro-rated paid portion of the invoice. 5. Limitations of Liability

Build&Fund is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of our services, except where specified in our Refund Policy. This limitation of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
