Refund Policy

1. Invoicing

Build&Fund issues invoices only after clients have been officially approved for funding and have received their designated line of credit or funds. Our goal is to ensure a seamless funding process from application to disbursement.

2. Circumstances for Refund

If, for reasons beyond the control of the client, a bank or lender cancels or retracts an approved line of credit after funding has been disbursed, Build&Fund will offer a refund to the client.

3. Refund Calculation

In such cases, Build&Fund will provide a pro-rated refund of the paid portion of the invoice. This refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the line of credit that was cancelled or retracted by the financial institution.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

Clients seeking a refund under these circumstances must submit a written request to Build&Fund’s customer service department within 30 days of the bank or lender’s cancellation.

The request must include:

A detailed explanation of the issue. Supporting documents from the bank or lender indicating the cancellation or retraction of funds.

5. Refund Issuance

Upon verification of the client's claim and related documents, Build&Fund will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Build&Fund is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the cancellation or retraction of funds by a bank or lender. Our liability is limited solely to the pro-rated refund of our service fees as specified.
